If you have a significant other, pets, kids, parents, siblings, roommates, or just a small living space, and you find that all those lovely beings in your life are preventing you from rolling out your mat and maintaining a regular yoga practice, then we created a space for you!
Let's face it, we love our homes and families, but it's easy to get distracted at home and it's often difficult to create a space for ourselves.
Now, imagine having access to a yoga studio where you can develop your personal yoga practice without the interruptions and distractions found outside of the yoga studio environment. Imagine a place where you can go on your own time, without having to worry about being late for a class?
My Practice Yoga offers our members access to a complete, fully-equipped, and serene yoga studio where they can fully emerge into their own practice anytime during open studio hours (5AM - 9PM). We operate like a gym - but we are a yoga studio!
While at the studio, members may bring their phones, tablets, and in-ear headphones to follow along with online yoga classes or videos.
Now you finally have a place to follow along with all of those online yoga courses you signed up for!
Members may also work on their own self-guided yoga practice.
My Practice Yoga provides a peaceful space for you to deepen your yoga practice in your own way.

Where is My Practice Yoga located?

My Practice Yoga studio is conveniently located in Tempe, Arizona, with easy freeway access from Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Ahwatukee, and Chandler.
What equipment and amenities does the Studio offer?
The fully-equipped yoga studio includes the following equipment: yoga mats, yoga blankets, cork blocks, 8-foot Hugger Mugger straps, Hugger Mugger bolsters, three different sizes of yoga wheels, a headstand bench, and an inversion practice wall.
The studio space also features dimmable "moon" lighting, dimmable multi-colored LED perimeter lighting, an easy-to-use built-in stereo system (connects to USB, AUX, or bluetooth), phone-charging stations, hot and cold drinking water, WiFi access, and a restroom supplied with hand towels and (free) feminine hygiene products.
Can I take Classes at the My Practice Yoga Studio?
Currently, there is one weekly Gentle Hatha class at the My Practice Yoga studio on Saturday mornings from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM.
Members may attend the class at no additional charge, but must register for the class in advance.
Non-members must pay and register.
The class provides an excellent opportunity for potential new members to view the My Practice Yoga studio space and to consider joining the My Practice Yoga Community as a Member!
Aside from the weekly studio class, members are provided with full access to the studio space during operating hours (5AM to 9PM).

When is the Studio open for Members?
Members may access the studio anytime from
5:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Arizona time)
365 days a year!
One yoga class is currently held on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM.

What are the Studio rules and policies?
USE OF STUDIO SPACE POLICY AND AGREEMENT
The Member must follow all signs posted in the space, directions from My Practice Yoga LLC (“Studio”) staff and any other written rules or guidelines.
Members must be 18 years of age or older. No minor children are allowed in the studio without the express written consent of the Studio.
No inappropriate activities are allowed in the Studio and the Studio reserves the right to determine whether any activity is inappropriate.
Member agrees to maintain a serene space for other members by:
Refraining from interrupting the practice of other Members.
Keeping voices to a low speaking volume while using the studio facility.
When using the stereo, music must be ambient, without lyrics, and shall not exceed a comfortable listening volume. Studio reserves the right to prohibit use of the stereo for inappropriate use or for any other reason.
Shoes must be removed at the entrance of the Studio. Socks may be worn inside the Studio, but shoes must be placed near the entrance or in the cubby spaces provided.
Member agrees to wipe down yoga studio equipment after each use, using equipment cleaning wipes provided by the Studio.
All Studio-owned equipment must stay inside the studio at all times.
Member may bring their own equipment if the equipment is under 25 pounds and can be easily carried into and out of the studio.
Member must not leave any equipment or personal items in the studio when the Member is not present in the studio.
The Studio is not responsible for Member-owned personal property or lost items.
All food and drinks (with the exception of water) must be approved by Studio before it may be brought into the studio.
Member shall not use the Studio logo or name other than in referring to the location of the Studio. Member shall not use any language in its online content that either states or implies that the Studio is endorsing the Member without the express written consent of Studio.
Studio space is to be used solely by Member. Guests are prohibited from the studio without the express written consent of the Studio.
Member shall notify Studio staff by email (info@mypracticeyoga.com), phone or text message (475-329-9642), or by submitting an online form (www.mypracticeyoga.com/contact), if there is any issue or incident at the Studio related to maintenance, cleanliness, equipment, or concerns regarding the safety of any Members.
How do I become a Member and gain access to the Studio?
To become a Member of the My Practice Yoga Studio, you must first register on our Membership Page. After registering, you must download the Kisi Access Management App to your smartphone device. Further instructions for access will be provided upon registering for a Membership.
